האמנה בדבר זכויות כלכליות, חברתיות ותרבותיות CESCR

- סעיף 1 - לכל העמים הזכות לקבוע את מעמדם המדיני. הם חופשיים לשקוד על קידומם הכלכלי, החברתי והתרבותי.
